Anyway, MLP season 5 has been announced, for April 4th! The first episode will be called Cutie Markless, and will focus on Cutie Mark Magic, a new line of toys produced by Hasbro where everyone gets Cutie Pox. The premise is in Twilight Sparkle's fancy new sparkly castle (Make sure to tell your parents to buy it for you at your local Toys R Us! Only $19.99!) a strange map appears out of nowhere, and their cutie marks start glowing (Glamour Glow Ponies! Now at Target for $9.99!) and they are summoned to a mysterious village, and everyone has the same exact cutie mark.
And this village is run by Aria Blaze Starlight Glimmer. She thinks that the only way for everyone to be happy is if they are all equal. I don't wanna make the leap, but it sounds like this pony is a communist. Just saying. Eventually, the ponies give up their cutie marks? I really don't know, because the episode is not out yet, but some clips have been released.
Eventually, Cutie Mark Magic happens and then Hasbro gets product placement money. Yay .

Also announced was the 100th episode! But this time, it will be focusing on the background ponies that have been popping up like Derpy Hooves, Lyra, and Bon Bon, and y'know , every fandom character ever.
And also, a Maud Pie Christmas episode.

And Equestria Girls 3 is a thing. Which I predicted a month ago. But it was confirmed again. So, there's that.
Human Twilight is the bad guy this time so yeah.
And yeah. That's about it for season 5. Besides the upcoming movie.
