Some Cool Music

I have no game to review, so here's some music that I like (and you might like as well). I included where you can find these songs (mostly on YouTube), as well as the links to them.

First off, one I have been listening to a bit recently: the TRON Legacy soundtrack by Daft Punk (YouTube).

If you haven't seen the movie, the soundtrack is pretty good, and some of the songs are really cool. I definitely recommend it if you like Daft Punk or any type of music similar to it.


Cissy Strut by The Meters (single song) (YouTube).

Cissy Strut is a short jazz song with a catchy and repeated tune and an organ solo halfway through, overall it's a really cool song that you should listen to if you like jazz songs in general.


Drink the Sea by The Glitch Mob (album) (YouTube).

The Glitch Mob is a band of three independent artists that formed a group that makes Glitch music (yes, it is an actual genre, kind of like electronic, but personally I think it's cooler). Their songs are around six minutes long, and have very cool tunes and beats to them. It's something I would listen to while playing video games or relaxing.


On the Floor by IceJJFish (single song) (YouTube)

IceJJFish has a unique and original way of singing that captivates you and....

I'm sorry, I couldn't go on. This one was a joke. Only watch this video if you want your head to explode with laughter, cringing the whole time.




Through the Fire and Flames by Dragonforce (single song) (YouTube).

Through the Fire and Flames is a metal song, six minutes in length, extremely fast guitar notes, requiring extremely high skills in guitar to play. As well as keeping up with the pace of the song, you have to play for the entire song, the full six minutes. The lyrics fit the song very well, but are kind of random. The song is overall intense, fast paced, and is one of those songs that you want to rock your head to.

Another one bites the dust is a song similar to Cissy Strut in its catchy and repeated tune that is really cool. It's a rock song that has minimal amounts of guitar and drums, but sounds really neat.


Eye of the Tiger by Survivor (single song) (YouTube)

Eye of the Tiger is probably one you have already heard before. It's a rock song with minimal amounts of guitar, drums, and random lyrics that make it great.

I recommend all of these songs and albums, they're pretty great to listen to if you are doing homework or playing games. Thanks for reading.
