A Review Of: Cubefield

Cubefield is a game where you have to guide your little ship through all of the "cubes" (they're actually rectangular prisms, but I'm going to call them cubes), without hitting any of them. The point is to get as far as you can without hitting anything, using the arrow keys to move left and right through the gaps in the cubes. It starts out easy, but as you get further and further, there is an increase in speed, not slowly, but a big increase in speed after getting to a certain point. Of course it gets more and more difficult, which makes you want to get as far as you can before you (inevitably) hit a cube. The colors change and a message pops up, saying "Speed Up," which makes you excited, wanting to get to the next color, and the next difficulty.
Overall this game is pretty fun, but gets boring after a while. Once you do really well, there isn't really a point in trying again (besides beating your  highscore, but it takes a long time to even get a high score), as it is the same thing over and over again. Of course, this isn't supposed to be played for hours after hours, like any game in its genre.

I give it a 6.65/10, a fun game to play in small amounts of time, but nothing extraordinary about it, making it an above average game.

This is my first post of the year, I hope that it is going to be a good one, thanks for reading!
