PotaTOES

Remember last year when I made an entire blog post about potatoes and how great they were?
I'm doing it again.

With a whole bunch more reasons this time yayayay.
First thing's first, potatoes can be made into so so so many things, this includes but is not limited to hash browns, fries, chips, poutine, mash, shepherd's pie, etc.
Second thing's second, they're cheap, and readily available to anyone who's reading this, really.
You can get them for about 33 cents each, or $4 for 11-13, and they're full of potassium and protein. In fact, they contain about (Based on a 2000 daily calorie intake) 70% of your Vitamin C, and 25% of your Potassium that you need on a daily. And, they've also been shown to lower blood pressure, and contains Vitamin B6, something that helps with lots of cells.
And did I mention they're delicious? They are.
